A clean sweep for Marlborough v Tidworth

Our third match of the season saw us take on Tidworth at Home. There was again a re-shuffling of the team as back came Green and Fry in for Miller and Bauer.

Green partnered Ross and led from the front in a toughly fought match and eventually came out on top by two holes to the good.

Craig Meredith and Justin Whitehouse kept up their winning streak with another great win taking their game 4 up.

League team debutant Andy Watson partnered the in form Dan Fry who both played some excpetional golf shooting a better ball of 6 under par to win their match 5 up.

In the last match the junior pairing of Ben Amor and Lewis Richardson played some superb golf with Ben making eagle at the first hole followed by a birdie at the second to start the match off in fine fashion. They eventually ran out 7up winners to make it a clean sweep for the team and an aggregate 18 holes up!

Well played to the whole team, a great result which will do a lot to keep us in the hunt for the title this year.
